Andya Dynamics specialises in mobile homes, prefabricated houses, expandable container homes, and conventional construction. All units are designed for modern living, durability, and fast installation, with customisation options available across multiple models.
Can the interior of the home be customised?
Yes. Interior customisation is available for various areas of the home, especially the bathroom, kitchen furnite, and decorative elements. You can choose upgraded fixtures, preferred finishes, and alternative configurations to ensure the home matches your lifestyle and taste. Exterior and interior colours can be different. Are the frames available in different colours?
Our expandable homes allow you to choose any colour Frame to suit your style — typically black or white, but any colour is possible, offering either a sleek modern look or a clean timeless aesthetic. Exterior and interior colours can be different. Not only black finish.
How quickly can the expandable container homes be installed?
These homes arrive fully prefabricated and can be unfolded and installed within a few hours, depending on site conditions. Electrical and water connections can also be completed very quickly, allowing immediate use.
What is included inside the expandable homes?
Each unit includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a living area, kitchen cabinetry (only countertops), LED lighting, electrical wiring, insulated walls, aluminium windows and doors, and a factory-finished interior.
Do the homes comply with safety and engineering standards?
Yes. All models are engineered with high-quality steel structures and meet strict standards for fire protection, wind resistance, and seismic performance. Durable insulation materials and weather-resistant exteriors ensure long-term comfort and protection.

Can I view a sample home before buying?
Absolutely. We have a fully equipped show home located in Los Barrios, next to Leroy Merlin, where you can experience the materials, finishes, and interior space in person.
Do you collaborate with Leroy Merlin?
Yes. Andya Dynamics works in close collaboration with Leroy Merlin, and many of our homes include premium products from their catalogue, such as kitchen furniture, appliances, bathroom fittings, solar panels, and air-conditioning systems. You can also personalise your home using Leroy Merlin’s wide range of products.
